What To Include
For faster support, include:
- The email address associated with your eevo account.
- Your device type and operating system.
- App version, if available.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Screenshots or listing details, if relevant.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through plain support messages.
Safety and Content Reports
If you report content or behavior, include enough detail for eevo to identify the listing, profile, message, or account involved. eevo may review reports and take action according to product policies and legal obligations.
Store Review Support
Apple and Google reviewers should use the review notes and demo or review account provided in the store console. Backend services must remain live and accessible during review.
