EEVO.AI Account Deletion

This page explains how eevo users can request deletion of an eevo account and related account data. It is provided for app-store review, user transparency, and privacy compliance.
Delete Your Account In The App
Where available, signed-in users can request account deletion from the eevo app:
- Open eevo.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the final deletion prompt.
When the backend accepts the request, eevo is designed to delete or disable the Supabase authentication user associated with the account and sign the user out.
Request Deletion Without App Access
If you cannot access the app, contact support:

Your request should include the email address used for your eevo account, the sign-in provider used if known, and a clear statement that you want to delete your eevo account. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information in ordinary support messages.
Verification
For security and fraud-prevention reasons, eevo may need to verify that you control the account before completing a support-assisted deletion request. We may decline, delay, or limit a request where verification fails or where retention is required or permitted by law.
Data Expected To Be Deleted Or Disabled
- The authentication account used to access eevo.
- Personal account profile and preferences where deletion is technically and legally allowed.
- Personal access to saved searches, account features, and app services.
- Personal identifiers connected to app access, subject to lawful retention needs.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, moderation, abuse prevention, enforcement, backup retention, or legitimate business records. Backup copies may remain until normal backup cycles expire.
Listings, Messages, and Public or Shared Content
Deletion of an account may not automatically remove every listing, message, report, log, or shared record if retention is needed for legal, security, moderation, transaction, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution purposes. We may remove, anonymize, restrict, or retain content depending on the context and applicable law.
Processing Timeline
In-app deletion is designed to process promptly after final confirmation when backend services are available. Support-assisted requests may take additional time for verification, security checks, and processing. We aim to handle verified requests in a commercially reasonable manner and consistent with applicable law.
