EEVO.AI Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eevo.ai, the eevo mobile application, websites, account features, listing tools, communications, AI-assisted features, support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). In these Terms, “eevo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the eevo.ai service, including any successor, assignee, or future operating entity for the Services. These Terms may be updated if the Services are later operated through a formally registered corporate entity.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, signing in through Google or Facebook, submitting content, viewing listings, contacting another user, or using any eevo feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you can form a binding contract and that your use complies with applicable law.

eevo is a technology platform for real-estate discovery, listing, organization, communication, and AI-assisted search or workflow features. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, eevo is not acting as your real-estate broker, agent, property manager, lender, insurer, legal advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, inspector, or escrow provider. We do not guarantee that a property is available, accurately described, legally compliant, safe, suitable, or fairly priced.

Listings and related information may be provided by users, property owners, agents, brokers, landlords, public sources, third-party data providers, or automated tools. You are responsible for independently verifying property information, legal status, ownership, permissions, pricing, availability, condition, neighborhood details, fees, taxes, financing terms, and transaction documents before making decisions.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The Services may include AI-assisted search, summaries, recommendations, classifications, drafting, comparison, or other automated features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on incomplete third-party or user-submitted information. AI features are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. You should not rely on AI outputs as legal, financial, real-estate, investment, tax, safety, or professional advice.

You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, publish, transmit, or make available through the Services, including listings, photos, descriptions, messages, reviews, reports, profile content, and support submissions (“User Content”).

Some features may be free, paid, promotional, trial-based, or offered through third-party providers. Any paid feature, subscription, payment processor, app store, or third-party service may have additional terms. Taxes, fees, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable platform rules.

8. Account Deletion and Termination by You

You may stop using the Services at any time. Where available, you may delete your account through the app settings. You may also use the public account deletion page at https://eevo.ai/legal/account-deletion/ or contact support@eevo.ai. Deletion may be subject to identity verification, security checks, legal retention obligations, backup cycles, dispute records, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, and compliance needs.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://eevo.ai/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information, including information related to accounts, listings, app activity, support, and account deletion.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, workflows, AI-assisted features, databases, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to eevo and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services.

11. App Stores and Mobile Platforms

If you download the app through Apple, Google, or another app store, your use may also be subject to that store’s terms. The app store provider is not responsible for providing support, maintenance, warranties, claims, or liability for the Services except where required by its own terms or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Links, Data, and Services

The Services may contain links, integrations, maps, listings, authentication services, analytics, AI providers, payment tools, or other third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that listings, AI outputs, communications, user content, third-party data, or real-estate information will be accurate, complete, current, lawful, or suitable for your needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eevo and its operators, owners, personnel, contractors, vendors, service providers, successors, and assigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business, opportunity, property value, or real-estate transaction outcomes, arising from or related to the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to eevo for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eevo and its operators, owners, personnel, contractors, vendors, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Services, User Content, listings, communications, transactions, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights.

16. Suspension, Enforcement, and Termination

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, remove content, disable features, or terminate access at any time where we believe it is necessary to protect users, the Services, legal compliance, safety, security, product quality, or third-party rights. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and retention provisions.

17. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the Services or these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@eevo.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action. If a court or other authority finds any dispute provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
