eevo, Inc. (referred to as “Eevo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the eevo.ai platform (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). We are committed to respecting your privacy and have established this Privacy Policy to describe how your personal information will be treated when you use our Site and Services. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our Site and Services. By accessing or using our Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Information We Automatically Collect When You Use Our Services: * Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about your computer or mobile device and your use of our Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, the referring URL, dates and times of access, and your interactions with the Site. * Location Information: We may collect or infer your general location (e.g., from your IP address) or, with your permission, more precise geolocation data from your mobile device. * Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Please see Section 2 below for detailed information on our use of cookies and other tracking technologies.
c. Information from Third Parties and Public Records: * We may obtain information from third-party sources, such as data brokers, social media platforms (if you interact with us through them), and publicly available sources like government records (e.g., property tax and assessment records, sales history). * If you interact with real estate professionals (e.g., agents, brokers, landlords) through our Site, we may receive information from them related to your interactions.

We now clarify that, like most modern websites, we do utilize cookies and similar technologies to ensure the functionality and improve the user experience of our Site.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including: * To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Site and Services. The information you provide will be used only in connection with the services you selected on the Site and are being provided to you by the Company. * To personalize your experience on our Site. * To process your property listings and facilitate communications related to them. * To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries, sending you service-related announcements, and providing customer support. * For marketing and promotional purposes. The Company may want to alert you from time to time to specific offers, updated information, and other new products and services the Company may offer. Accordingly, we may send you direct mailings or contact you by telephone or email about our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you, unless you opt-out (see Section 5). * For research and analytical purposes, to understand how our Services are being used. * To enforce our Terms and Conditions and other policies. * To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Site’s Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law. * To comply with legal obligations.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

When using the Site to list a property, you will have an opportunity to see what information will appear on the Site before you authorize the listing to appear on the Site. Certain personally identifiable information submitted to the Site in connection with a property you desire to list on the Site will of course be displayed on the Site and available to anyone with access to the Internet. * Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing (if applicable), email delivery, customer service, and marketing assistance. Your information may be shared with the Company’s employees, agents, contractors, or business partners, but only in connection with the provision of services and goods you have selected on the Site and are being provided to you by the Company. * Access, Correction, and Deletion: You can request a copy of the individual information that the Company has collected about you, correct factual inaccuracies in your information, remove personal information from the Company’s databases, and/or update your personal information by contacting us at support@eevo.ai (or support@eevo.ai as originally stated ). However, the removal of certain information may render the Company unable to provide you with the services or goods you desire.
* Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: If you do not want to receive marketing communications such as alerts for specific offers, updated information, and other new products and services, you can “opt out” by contacting us at support@eevo.ai. Please advise us of your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and your desire to “opt-out” of such alerts.
* Cookie Management: You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or through any cookie consent tool we may provide (see Section 2)
* “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” (for residents of certain jurisdictions, e.g., California): If applicable under relevant laws, you may have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. If this right applies to you, we will provide a clear and conspicuous link on our Site titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” to exercise this right.
* State-Specific Rights: Residents of certain states (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado) may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state laws. These may include the right to know more about the data we collect, the right to delete data, and the right to opt-out of certain data processing activities. * Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
6. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. While we strive to protect your information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information through the transmission process, and you do so at your own risk. Once an email address or telephone number is advertised it is public information. Please be careful and responsible online. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, on the Site or otherwise, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
7. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements). The criteria used to determine our retention periods include the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you, whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject, and whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended to be accessed or utilized by persons under the age of 18, and the Company does not intend or purposefully attempt to gather information from persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. 9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Please be aware that Company advertisers or Web sites that have links on the Site may collect personally identifiable information about you. The Company does not share any such information with these advertisers or Web sites. The information practices of those advertisers and Websites linked to the Site are not covered by this privacy policy, and the Company has no responsibility or liability for such advertisers or Websites’ policies or actions. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personal information.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

This policy may change from time to time. We will notify users of changes to this policy by modifying the “last revised” date at the top of this policy. We may also provide additional notice of material changes (such as by adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. If you desire to know whether the policy has been altered since you last reviewed it, simply make a note of the date set forth in this paragraph. Any information submitted directly to the Site via the Internet is governed by the privacy policy then in effect. Your continued use of the Site after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
